Subhrishta Matrimony will NOT refund ANY payment to ANY member for ANY reason whatsoever.

All membership purchases at Subhrishta Matrimony are final. Service Provider does not refund or cancel any membership fees. Membership is co-extensive with the profile. Membership expires as soon as the profile is deleted or terminated, and cannot be reactivated. No refunds will be made in case profile is deleted or inactivated or terminated. Any exceptions to refund policy will be made at the sole discretion of Subhrishta Matrimony Only in situation where user upgrades to a higher package in under 15 days of their subscription, then Subhrishta Matrimony may decide to adjust the money for unused month(s). No refund will be made if you upgrade in the last month of the membership plan.

Subhrishta Matrimony shall not be responsible for the end use of the amounts being contributed in such any kind of Event like Pandemic, Natural Disaster/Crisis, Plague, Riot or Death, the amount contributed to Subhrishta Matrimony shall not be liable for refund.

In unfortunate events like Candidate getting Sudden Disability or Death, Subhrishta shall not be responsible for refund of amount contributed in end use of Subhrishta Services. Or He/She is not eligible to transfer his subscription to any other person. However in case of disability a candidate needs to update their Bio-data with Subhrishta to continue using services.
